Plume Events

  • We invite you along with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume on Thursday, November 23rd . Enjoy a three course meal prepared by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel with choices that include: Seared Foie Gras Medallion with Rosehip Duck Jus, Brunswick Figs, Red Sorrel and a Butter Brioche, Organic Path Valley Farm Turkey with Apple-Chestnut Bread Stuffing, Cranberry Relish, Green Bean Cassoulet and Maple Turkey Gravy and Red Kuri Pumpkin Pie with Speculoos Croustillant, Granny Smith and Vanilla Fudge Marmalade and Winter Spice Chantilly Cream.

    A full vegetarian menu will be available and includes Eggplant Semolina Gnocchi with Toasted Walnut, Pomegranate, Parmesan, Black Garlic and Baked Globe Artichoke with Saffron Root Vegetable, Niçoise Olives, Italian Winter Truffles and a Bibb Lettuce Jus.

    Seating times are 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and cost is $108 per adult and $48 per child (12 and under). Beverages, tax and gratuity not included.

Please join us on Sunday, December 24th from 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. for a three-course Christmas Eve feast featuring dishes that include: Lobster Thermidor with Saffron Infused Dijon Mustard Sauce and Martin's Farm Beef Filet with Hen of the Woods, Mushroom, Cauliflower, Fairytale Pumpkin and Bordelaise Sauce, prepared by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel and our Michelin starred culinary team.

    Cost is $120 per person, $55 per child ages 12 and under. Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included. Valet parking included.

  • Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel has prepared a Christmas Day meal full of delights including : Chesapeake Blue Crab Bisque with Jumbo Lump Crab and Old Bay Fleuron, Martin’s Farm Prime Strip Steak with Yukon Gold Potato and Truffle Gratin, Honey Giner Carrots, Baby Spinach and Red Wine Reduction and for dessert, Speculoos-Bourbon Yule Log with Speculoos Dacquoise, Bourbon Pear Mousse, Cranberry Gelée and Speculoos Ice Cream.

    Christmas Day seatings will be on Monday, December 25th from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will be $110 per adult and $50 per child, 12 and under. Beverages, tax, gratuity and valet parking are not included.
